What you will do

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases

• Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers

• Review, compare and analyze all vendors/suppliers, and price options

• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

• Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development

What we are looking for

• Bachelor or higher degree in or related field

• 2+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management or related position

• Excellent negotiation skill

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions

• Attention to detail

• Team player with can do attitude, results-driven and possess self-initiative

• Able to work well under-pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience with IT business is a plus
