UX/UI Designer
SCB Abacus is the first advanced analytics spin-off in the Thai financial industry. Our vision is to democratize data-driven opportunities for all. We apply AI and Big Data technologies to drive purposeful partnerships, create business value, and empower people.
We're looking for a mid-senior level UX/UI Designer (full-time) to help us on improving our current and upcoming products that we're building.
What you will do

Work closely with people across all the teams to generate intuitive user experience design materials – from research and interaction design to sophisticated pixel-perfect production-level visual design – while maintaining business requirements and technical feasibilities.

Able to effectively communicate ideas and design rationale, in both Thai and English.

Create and evolve design systems for the company, which later would be translated across multiple products and platforms.

Embrace an iterative design process, while being receptive to feedbacks.

Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while juggling between multiple projects and proactively prioritizing tasks in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team.
What we look for
DEGREE / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

3+ experience in UX/UI design roles
-
Minimum of Bachelor's degree – in design, marketing, communication, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design and UX design tools
-
Have practical senses in Design Thinking and User Experience Design Principles

Well-rounded in skills, knowledge, and interests – especially in finance, tech, and data.
