Phornnapas has led operations and risk management at SCB Abacus where she has built operation structure and risk framework for company’s missions.
Having more than 15 years of experience in financial service industry, she has been equipped with in-depth knowledge of banking business and end-to-end lending processes. From operation and risk perspective, her key experience includes setting up economic capital framework and risk-based pricing. She led productivity enhancement projects, mapping the end-to-end processes and driving changes with multiple touch points.
Phornnapas also served in other key roles at leading Thai banks, notably as a relationship manager helping to devise strategy to on-board clients, and as a wealth management strategist establishing the wealth management platform from the ground up.
She holds an undergraduate degree in economics from Chulalongkorn University with First Class Honors and Gold Medal award. She received a master’s degree in Finance with Distinction from Durham University.
