What you will do

• Interact with clients (business units within SCB Financial Group and corporate customers) to form a comprehensive understanding of their business problems and develop a data-driven product vision based on clients' needs

• Translate business problems into an analytics question to communicate with data science and engineering teams, and gain a deep understanding of AI/machine learning capability and limitations

• Work with different teams and stakeholders to develop analytics solutions in an iterative and incremental manner, and ensure a smooth process for each project

• Oversee the delivery of analytics solutions and formulate strategy for technology adoption and impact measurement

• Develop business strategy for clients to maximize value from data analytics solutions​
   

What we look for

• Strong analytical skills, preferably with an advanced degree in quantitative fields

• Strong business acumen, 2-3 years of work experience highly preferred

• Intellectual curiosity, ability to ask questions effectively and ability to learn quickly

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders at all levels

• Outstanding prioritization and organization skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Experience in banking and/or tech industry is a plus, but not required
