Performance Marketing Manager

What you will do

  • Develop a performance-based marketing plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics to achieve business objectives

  • Execute marketing activities by overseeing and driving creative development, marketing materials, ads, media buying allocation and other marketing-related projects

  • Track, monitor and analyze portfolio performance including new user acquisition and returning/loyalty users by using analytic tools to make data-driven decision 

  • Hire and supervise marketing agencies to develop and execute marketing campaigns

  • Oversee marketing budget including budget planning, budget allocation, vendor procurement and contract negotiation

  • Proactively generate ways to market the product through online media, offline media and other innovative forms of advertising

  • Lead projects and collaborate with both internal and external teams including special projects
     

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in data-driven marketing field

  • Experience in planning, developing and implementing performance-based digital marketing strategies with solid knowledge of marketing analytic tools

  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

  • Familiar with creative design based on target users and user personas

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Thai

  • Able to work in cross-functional team environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience in Data Science for Marketing with SQL, Python or R coding skill is a plus
