Growth Analyst - Marketing 

What you will do

  • Lead the growth of user/loan acquisition by managing and optimizing paid media channels across key ad platforms and affiliate networks 

  • Optimize retargeting campaigns under paid media channels to maximize full-funnel performance 

  • Design and execute data-driven experiments to improve campaign performance 

  • Use data analytic tools for ad-hoc analysis to diagnose and troubleshoot performance 

  • Lead MarTech-relevant projects by partnering with data science, data engineering and developer teams to create tools and manage the channels at scale 

  • Partner with in-house creative team to develop creative asset variations for testing and strategize with in-house data scientist/engineer on automation initiatives 

  • Lead projects and collaborate with both internal and external teams including special projects
     

What we are looking for

  • B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Math/Statistics, Economics or other quantitative fields 

  • Intermediate to Expert level in Excel & SQL and data analytics tools such as Big Query, PowerBI, Data Studio 

  • Experience in experimentation with A/B testing and translating data into insights  

  • Experience in planning and implementing media plan/tools is a plus 

  • Experience in mobile marketing analytic tools is a plus 

  • Experience in Data Science/Analysis for Marketing with Python or R coding skill is a plus 

  • Ability to give input, evaluate and recommendations on investments in MarTech 

  • Able to communicate in both English and Thai effectively 

  • Able to work in cross-functional team environment 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
