Customer support supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an individual who has strong operational, process implementation and analytical skills. He/she will collaborate with the Operations and cross-functional teams to establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support.

This person will work to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business.

What you will do

  • Hire, train, and prepare agents to respond to customers’ inquiries and troubleshoot problems

  • Ensure agents understand and comply with all customer support objectives, performance standards, and policies

  • Promptly answer agents’ questions regarding best practices

  • Keep track, monitor, and evaluate agent performance, give feedback or coaching opportunities

  • Identify operational issues and recommend possible improvements

  • Prepare reports and analyze data for customer support manager

  • Investigate and work with internal team to solve customers’ issues and control internal SLA with operations and development team

  • Run any experiment when needed

  • Chatbot training

What we look for

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering

  • New grad to 2 years of experience in operations process that involves customer services or related field 

  • Top-notch communication skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken Thai

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Intellectual curiosity and growth mindset

  • Data-driven decision mentality through strong analytical thinking

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Open-minded and willing to play a wide variety of roles to get the job done
